Infant Safety: Honey should not be fed to infants under one year of age. By purchasing our honey, you acknowledge this health warning.

Missouri Cottage Law: Our honey products are produced in a kitchen not subject to state inspection. We comply with Missouri RSMo 261.241 regarding the sale of honey.

Natural Variation: Honey is a natural product. Variations in color, flavor, and texture (including crystallization) are normal and do not constitute a product defect.
3. Beekeeping Services & Training

Assumption of Risk: Beekeeping involves inherent risks, including but not limited to bee stings and allergic reactions. By participating in our “Beekeeping 101” classes, mentoring, or on-site services, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with honey bees.

Liability Waiver: Licking Mo Honey LLC and its instructors are not liable for any injuries, allergic reactions, or property damage sustained during or after our training sessions or services.

Cancellations: Fees for classes are non-refundable if canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled event.
4. Digital Tools (Apis Tools)

Educational Use Only: Our web applications, including HiveTools/Apis Tools, are provided for educational and informational purposes only.

No Warranty: While we strive for accuracy in our calculators (syrup, grafting, etc.), we provide these tools “as is.” Licking Mo Honey LLC is not responsible for colony loss or management errors resulting from the use of these tools.

Intellectual Property: All content, logos, and software code on this site and its subdomains are the property of Licking Mo Honey LLC.
5. Sales, Shipping & Returns

Shipping: We currently ship within the United States. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Returns: Due to the food-based nature of our products, all honey and pollen sales are final. If a product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic proof to discuss a replacement.
6. Privacy
We value your privacy. Any information collected through our website is used solely for order fulfillment and business communication. We do not sell your data to third parties.
